On New Year's Eve there is no restrictions on your outfit: sequins, rhinestones and glitters - all that your soul desires and the more the better. I really love sparkly clothes and accessories but I have not enough courage to wear them daily and it's not always appropriate. So New Year's Eve is the best time to allow yourself bold and even extravagant looks.
